Job Description

Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time Admin Clerk.

Job Summary:

Provides support to the accounts payable department.

Requirements:

  • This is Monday-Friday hours may vary
  • Will be subject to a Background/Physical
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to sit at a desk all day in the office doing repetitive work

Qualifications:

  • Organize scanned documents and attach files in local database
  • Document separation, renaming and saving of documents
  • Some coursework, training or experience in document management or imaging programs desirable
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment and software programs
  • Strong organizational abilities at an acceptable speed and accuracy
  • Backup receptionist/answering phones.
  • Other duties as assigned
