Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, including, invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Desktop accounting software.
  • Process accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
  • Contact delinquent clients regarding collections.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
