Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, including, invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Desktop accounting software.
- Process accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
- Contact delinquent clients regarding collections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Solid understanding of financial statements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
