Job Summary: The Order Administrator is primarily responsible for order processing and time keeping for the assigned pump repair facility or facilities. Order Processing includes order entry, invoicing. This is a dynamic position requiring a high level of organization, self-discipline, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Job Duties:
- Payroll processing and daily time keeping
- Order processing
- Booking orders
- Contract review
- Order Acknowledgement
- Order Invoicing
- AR follow ups and dispute management
- Record NCR labor properly
- Job file creation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree or some college preferred
- Highly organized
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Some general accounting knowledge or experience is a plus
