Summary
Join the Growth Team at New Charter as a graphic designer in our Centralized Marketing group! The person who fills this role should be comfortable working on a variety of requests with different stakeholders simultaneously. The ability to work and prioritize quickly will be imperative. We’re seeking someone who can bring their own creativity to design projects but also understands how to bring someone else’s vision to life and has the ability to collaborate with different functional groups and stakeholders across the organization.
Skills & Experience
Technical
- Graphic design skills: ability to produce clean, enterprise-level design assets quickly and consistently.
- Ability to design/produce marketing emails and landing pages.
- HubSpot experience preferred.
- Experience producing a wide variety of marketing assets including reports, presentations, whitepapers, eBooks, sell sheets, leave-behinds, social graphics, event signage, banners, business cards, video graphics, etc.
- Expert in Adobe Cloud design tools (PS AI ID, etc.)
Non-Technical
- Capable of connecting creative work to longer-term growth strategy while delivering short term results.
- Highly accountable and possessing the ability to own creative projects and tasks.
- Deadline, and detail oriented.
- Organized, with strong design file management capabilities.

- Driven to ensure brand identity is consistent in all areas.
- A desire to elevate the New Charter (and Partner company brands) through clean, professional design.
- A strong desire to collaborate and build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Passion for design, driven to stay on the cutting edge of creative trends, and tools, consistently seeking opportunities to deepen expertise and knowledge.

Physical Requirements
Work is primarily knowledge-worker oriented using computer systems. Occasional exertion and lifting of up to 20 pounds to move office or computer equipment. Occasional crawling, kneeling, and squatting. Constant use of computer (keyboard/mouse), and phone. Visually inspects, prepares, and analyzes data & figures; views computer constantly. Occasional travel (car). Occasional exposure to outdoor environmental conditions as a result of travel.
