DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- High school diploma or GED is required
- A minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support
- Proficiency in Excel is a MUST
- Work well under pressure and deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a positive and professional demeanor
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?As the Sales Coordinator, you will communicate with internal and external clients while supporting the Sales team. This is a great opportunity to jumpstart your career in an organization with an international supply chain.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manage customer documents to ensure information is entered correctly
- Communicate with customers and vendors directly via email and phone
- Create invoices and send them to customers directly
- Process Vendor Payables for accuracy and communicate with the Accounting Department
- Collaborate with vendors regarding pricing for new clients
- File and organize documents into appropriate folders
