Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attend initial meetings with prospective clients;Take notes and enter into case management program
- Bi-weekly calls with clients to efficiently move them through the process
- Prepare will and trust summaries, send to clients, and hold Clarity Call to discuss any changes or modifications
- Prepare POAs, Living Wills, Wills and Trusts in final format for attorney review
- Obtain and organize financial documents;prepare spreadsheet as to account, owner, balance and intended funding outcome
- Send out MD letters and monitor receipt of acknowledgement
- Send out Docubank info and monitor receipt of cards
- Prepare Client notebooks;arrange delivery to clients
- Goal of 60 days for completion of Will and related documents from intake to closure
- Goal of 90 days for completion of Revocable Trust and related documents from intake to closure
- Monitor and manage work of estate planning admin as to administrative tasks
As to Funding Matters
- Telephone conference with entities to obtain funding forms, assist client in completing, and sending to financial entities for processing
As to Conservatorships
- Prepare and file annual financial and personal reports
- Coordinate monthly visits by admins
- Telephone calls with medical personnel on an as-needed basis
