As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in a commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances according to local plumbing codes.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.
- Collaborate with other trades professionals to plan and execute plumbing projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine optimal plumbing system layout.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Requirements
- Valid plumbing license or certification is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Plumber.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
- Experience with plumbing tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
