What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to join our Client's growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art medical equipment and contribute to the development of groundbreaking healthcare solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biochemistry or related field, a valid MRI Technician license and have at least one to two years of prior experience in a medical setting. Advanced knowledge of patient care and medical terminology will be a huge advantage for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine medical laboratory tests, such as blood tests, urine tests, and tissue samples, with accuracy and precision in accordance with established procedures
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functioning
  • Prepare and analyze test samples, record data, and report results to physicians or other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of laboratory tests and results
  • Maintain and update laboratory records, including patient information, test results, and quality control data
  • Adhere to standard safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Keep up-to-date with technological advancements and attend training and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biochemistry, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Medical Technician in a healthcare or laboratory setting
  • Proven knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, laboratory information systems, and data analysis software
  • Knowledge of safety and infection control procedures
