Job Description
Functions:
- Develop and maintain document control plans, logs, and SharePoint sites for projects
- Control document naming, numbering, submissions, revisions, approvals and distribution
- Manage access to sensitive/restricted information and records
- Ensure proper filing, tracking and retention of project documents and deliverables
- Support project closeout activities including turnover memos and archiving
Qualifications:
- Prior document control experience across various project scopes and phases
- Strong communication, organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Good understanding of applicable policies, procedures and terminology
- Exhibits sound judgment, work ethic and accountability
- Pursues training opportunities and can set goals/priorities
