Supporting Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Ancillary, Medicaid, Financial services and product segments.

Reports to: Vice President, Inside Sales

About the role:
Working closely with the VP, Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Manager will Responsible for all facets of growing and developing a high performing inside sales team (telephonic sales).

What you will do:

  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of 20-30 sales agents.
  • Monitor a high volume of live and pre-recorded agent calls to grow talent and gather insights on the consumer experience.
  • Use performance data and operational reports to ensure agent and team attainment of sales and call center performance KPIs.
  • Exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest of ethical and compliance standards.
  • Create a differentiated agent and consumer experience, as measured by best-in-class retention and Net Promoter Scores.

We're looking for people who have:

  • At least two years of Medicare call center experience (sales preferred).
  • Two years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing performance.
  • An active health and life insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
  • Prior experience working on cross-functional teams that advanced new business initiatives.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and occasional weekends to help company meet objectives.
  • Focus operating with purpose, urgency and accuracy.
  • A high energy ‘doer’ attitude to advance company goals.
  • A positive daily work attitude on a consistent basis.
