Come provide your Front-End Development talent & skills to our innovative User experience team. We are on the cutting edge of Product Research and Development initiatives as we build towards the future. Highly skilled web developer with WordPress and React experience comfortable shaping the digital landscape of our products and services. Our ideal candidate is an experienced developer who has the skills to develop WordPress sites, Landing Pages, and Prototypes in our Data Driven Product Development Department. This position works closely with Product Owners, Marketing and User Experience peers to creating cutting-edge solutions that redefine industry standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Website Design and Implementation
- Design and implement visually appealing and functional websites that align with our brand identity.
- Execute both back-end and front-end development tasks, including the implementation of WordPress themes, plugins, site integration, and security updates.
- Technical Expertise and Collaboration
- Act as the go-to person for technical inquiries in your area of expertise, fostering a collaborative and approachable demeanor for effective collaboration with marketing and other business units.
- User Research and Testing Focus
- Contribute to website development with a technical emphasis on prototyping for User Research.
- Assist with A/B & Multivariate testing initiatives by leveraging your technical skills to enhance the user experience and optimize website performance.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Frontend Developer
- Strong experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- In-depth understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Experience with headless CMS platforms like WordPress, etc.
- Knowledge of modern web development technologies and techniques, including responsive web design and web performance optimization & developing accessible code
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies, marketing analytics, and optimizing for conversion
- Working knowledge of GitHub
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend service integrations
- Passionate about your work and collaborating with others
- Nice to have: Strong understanding of email client requirements and best practices for delivery optimization
