Retail Salesperson | Paid Weekly

Location: Dallas, TX

Start Date: Immediate Start Preferred

We are looking for a Retail Sales professional to assist our client’s customers and sales team. In this role, the Retail Salesperson will guide customers through the Sales process, from initial engagement to final purchase. Providing insights and support, the Retail Salesperson will help strengthen our customer relationships and convert new clients into repeat clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a knack for engaging customers and resolving their concerns. The retail salesperson should be passionate about people and eager to develop new customer service skills.

Objectives of this role

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients that results in repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty
  • Collaborate with coworkers to achieve sales goals through suggestive selling and special promotions
  • Inform clients about product features and benefits, offering opinions and recommendations when appropriate
  • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Treat all customers with respect and courtesy

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns, leading brainstorming sessions to execute marketing plans for internal and external projects
  • Carry out various marketing campaigns for brand-building and lead generation that align with overall company goals and sales targets
  • Contribute to other lead generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events
