What we're looking for in a Recruiter

To thrive as a full-time Recruiter at Access Sciences, you must embody a unique blend of skills and qualities that set you apart. With at least 3 years of recruiting experience, particularly in the Consulting and Professional Services industry, you should possess a proven track record in candidate sourcing and talent pipeline building. Your knack for effective interviewing and documentation will be crucial in identifying top-notch talent. From attracting candidates to navigating evolving hiring needs with enthusiasm and accountability, your ability to stay focused and adaptable will be paramount.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • 3-5 years recruiting experience, preferably in the Consulting / Professional Services industry
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing and building talent pipelines
  • Effective interviewing and documentation skills
  • Ability to attract and engage candidates to our opportunities
  • Ability to stay focused when hiring needs increase, change, or need urgent attention
  • Exhibit unwavering enthusiasm when working through ambiguity and sourcing challenges
  • Self-starting and productive with minimal supervision
  • Excellent accountability, follow-through, and personal organization
  • Able to write and speak in a clear and impactful way
  • Able to listen and ask clarifying questions when conversing with clients and colleagues
  • You should have a natural sense of curiosity and connection with people, and enjoy learning about their backgrounds, interests, and goals. This is the driving force of a successful Recruiter!

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable
