Compensation:
$55,000 - $250,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to determine their preferences, financial situation, and requirements
- Assist clients in marketing their properties according to professional standards
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, negotiating offers, and closing
- Monitor the local real estate market for current trends, values, and availability
- Provide knowledgeable sales, negotiation, and communication skills to achieve successful real estate transactions
Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Negotiation and presentation skills are key
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn the local real estate market and purchase process. Honesty and integrity
- Experience using basic software and technology and show a willingness to adapt and learn new systems
- FL Real Estate License
- Driver's License
- Must have Real Estate Experience
