Are you a friendly and professional individual with a passion for hospitality? The Comfort Suites Greenville Airport, a three-time Gold Award-winning hotel, is seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, distributing keys and room assignments, and addressing any inquiries to ensure an exceptional stay.
In addition to your hourly wage, all team members have the opportunity to earn digital tips, enhancing your earnings potential.
Compensation:
$13 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints as necessary
- Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
- Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information
- Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
- Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
Qualifications:
- At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
- Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
