Elmer's Home Services Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring Full-time Residential HVAC Warranty Technicians.

Our HVAC Technicians provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing our customers' heating and cooling systems, completing assigned preventative maintenance, and overseeing the work of our apprentices to ensure all work is performed correctly. This full-time position comes with the required occasional additional hours and outstanding benefits.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in field service residential setting
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Current TDLR
  • EPA certified
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

  • You are a details person.
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC issues, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and soldering.
  • Handling all customer calls that include service, maintenance, warranty, diagnostics, second opinions, and estimates.
  • Efficiently communicating with dispatch to schedule and debrief customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated information.
