Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry. We are currently looking for FULL-TIME Order Desk Clerk to join our team at our Chandler, AZ location.

Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Handle incoming customer calls</li>
<li>Take phone orders and collaborate with Sales and Warehouse staff to meet customer needs</li>
<li>Top customer service and professional attitude </li>
</ul>
Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Minimum two years’ order taking/customer service experience</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word</li>
<li>Interpersonal skills for problem solving</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
