What does a Client CARE Specialist do?
In this exciting Client Care Specialist role in Tallahassee, Florida, you'll have the opportunity to be the glue that keeps our projects together! Your days will be filled with a variety of tasks, from assisting sales associates and project managers with proposal preparations to liaising with vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. You'll be a key player in maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing their needs promptly and effectively.

Does this sound like you?
To thrive as a Client Care Specialist, you'll need a diverse skill set that includes 2-4 years of experience in sales support or a related field, along with familiarity in project management. Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must, as is experience in customer service and order management, ideally within the office furniture industry. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will be instrumental in resolving issues effectively and ensuring smooth order processes.
