RN Emergency Room-📍 Asheville, NC
- 💰 Annual Salary Range: $83,120 - $123,960 (based on years of experience)
- 🕰️ Shifts: 3x12; Night Shift Only-Differentials: $4/hr - evening, $6/hr - nights, $3.50/hr weekends
- 💰 Salary Range: $33 - $49.50 per hour before differentials
- 💼 Sign-on Bonus: $15,000; Relocation assistance available.

Overview:
- 🌟 Provide leadership for professional nursing care in the Emergency Room.
- 📋 Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- 💉 Implement medically prescribed interventions and provide patient and family education.
Qualifications:
- 🩺 ASN required, NC RN license, BLS certification.
- 🏥 One-year hospital nursing experience required.
Responsibilities:
- 🏥 Lead and facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care for patient comfort and well-being.
- 👩⚕️ Utilize the nursing process for patient care and education.
- 💼 Implement medically prescribed interventions and provide leadership in the Emergency Room.
