Assistant Server
- Greet the guest and assist with beverage and food service in captains absence.
- Assist runner on food service.
-Take charge of service maintenance.
-Instruct and facilitate table clearance, set up and re setup.
-Take order for beverage, dessert, tea coffee and after dessert drinks.
-Prepare the mis en place for lunch/dinner service.
-
