Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Edison, NJ 08820
Job Type: 13-Week Contract
Shift: Evening | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: 5x8 Hours | 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $26 – $29 per hour

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care (LTC) for an exciting job in Edison, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care per care plans

• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and ROM exercises

• Assist with feeding and monitor intake/output

• Provide personal hygiene care (bathing, grooming, skin checks)

• Take and record vital signs

• Respond to call bells and maintain patient safety

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Communicate with nurses, team members, residents, and families

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Completion of approved CNA program

• Active New Jersey CNA License

• BLS certification (AHA)

• Minimum 2 years of LTC/Subacute CNA experience

• Must be willing to work with COVID+ patients

• Must be able to float to different units

• Must pass facility competency exam

Preferred:

• Experience with geriatric and disabled populations
