Description:
Essential duties include posting journal entries, assisting with financial statements, preparing reports, supporting monthly/yearly closings, overseeing financial activities, implementing policies, ensuring compliance, and internal control. The role requires 0-2 years of experience, proficiency in accounting principles, MS Excel and SAP, analytical skills, good communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
Requirements:
Essential Duties:
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Support with other accounting projects
• Reviewing income and expenses
• Overseeing day-to-day financial activities
• Analyzing and interpreting financial data
• Implementing financial policies and procedures
• Ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all financial and legal regulations
• Internal Control
Education / Skill / Experience Requirements:
Experience:
· 0-2 years experience
Additional Skills:
· Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
· Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
· Ability to provide accurate and timely information to Management
· Willingness to travel to the other Mobis locations
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong time management and organizational abilities
· Korean and English Bilingual
Education and Experience:
BA in Accounting or Equivalent
