Job Description

Need top performing pharma sales reps with experience selling into oncology.

The ideal candidate:
 Must have pharmaceutical sales experience as a rep (not medical device) That has experience calling on oncology selling a supportive care product.

Responsibilities:

  • Oncology Texas reporting to local manager. This is an oncology support positions and they are not selling chemotherapy.
  • The territory was vacated last month. Covers Dallas, Houston, to San Antonio. 
  • It is a large geography, and the person could live in either major city of Dallas or Houston.
  •  Experience calling on oncology physicians and nurses, or selling antiemetic treatment is a plus. Buy and bill experience is also welcome as long as they are top producers and can document their success.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience selling a product or service.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating.
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
