Compensation: $23.00/hr to $28.00/hr depending on experience

Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a half-hour lunch

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 + years of experience in customer service
  • Professional phone skills
  • Energetic personality
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be able to work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Speak to vendors and customers about billing
  • Update customer profiles as information is received
  • Type service contract proposals for new customers
  • Identifying opportunities to promote additional services, maintenance plans, or upgrades to customers
  • Order parts for special orders
  • Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers and technicians
  • Addressing customer concerns, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction
  • Update vendor files
  • Enter invoices in the system
