As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will enhance CFBNJ’s brand awareness within the digital space increasing digital revenue and online traffic across multiple channels, and pilot new audience growth initiatives. 

 What you’ll do in your role: 

  • Help plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email fundraising, drip engagement, social media, display advertising, and SMS campaigns.
  • Manage all company websites and third-party integration platforms and create new pages and update content.
  • Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Act as in-house subject matter expert of digital marketing general practices for cross-departmental campaign activations and collaboration.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related fields plus 5-years of experience in digital campaigns management, preferably in a non-profit setting, or 13 years of experience in digital campaigns management, preferably in a non-profit setting
  • Experience with and understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing and trends, content management systems (Pardot, Classy, WordPress, etc.), and digital advertising platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdWords, and Display Network)
  • Keep up to date with current digital marketing and industry trends
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience in graphic design and/or video editing is a plus
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing many projects simultaneously, and under tight deadlines
