Duties:

<li>The applicant shall provide professional medical services or direct patient care services.</li>
<li>The applicant shall conduct outpatient clinics, make observations appropriate to the outpatients underlying disease and treatment plan, including current symptoms. Review the patient's medications, diet, therapy course, and adherence to management plan and patient observations. </li>

Qualifications:

<li>The applicant shall have completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program.</li>

Education/Experience:

<li>The applicant must have a minimum of six months experience</li>
