Job Description
As seen on CBC's Dragon's Den! EverLine Coatings and Services is a line-striping and parking lot maintenance company based in Hampton Roads, VA. Are you in the market for a fast-paced job that gives you the opportunity to utilize your sales ability? EverLine is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our Hampton Roads team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your own sales territory by developing relationships with new customers to drive business for our asphalt services. The Outside Sales Representative will be an ambassador of EverLine, adhering to our DRIVEN values.

The ideal candidate should have asphalt and maintenance sales experience to fully understand the role requirements and necessary connections needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Create and establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales targets; project expected volumes and profit for asphalt sales.Maintain sales volume by keeping up to date with industry supply and demand levels, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.Communicate effectively with potential customers, providing superior customer service.Coordinate and communicate with management frequently to generate leads and sales.Submit sales activity reports and updates to management and maintain clean, updated records for all leads and customers.Utilize previous asphalt and maintenance sales experience to create connections and generate leads.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and DRIVEN values to provide accurate representation of the company.Qualifications and Education RequirementsMinimum 1-2 years experience in asphalt/maintenance sales is a plusIn-depth knowledge on asphalt and related industries is a plusA high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role; candidates with a diploma or a degree in related fields are considered an assetExceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectationsAbility to problem solve effectively and anticipate customer reservations or inquiriesStrong work ethic with the drive to attain and exceed targetsCandidates must have a drivers license and be able to provide a clean drivers abstract

Additional NotesPay structure is to be $500 a week +5% commission from Quarterly Sales of completed invoiced jobs. Mileage will be compensated up to $100 a week for required travel (to be reimbursed with receipts provided and mileage recorded). Hours will be based on workload, and client schedules. Weekend work required as applicable. Tiered compensation/incentives based on performance in intervals of 90 days per tier.
This position provides some leads that we are currently using and have already been generated; when a sales associate starts with EverLine Coatings and Services of Hampton Roads salesperson will be expected to continue with current leads and generate new leads going forward.
Candidates will be required to provide multiple references, both personal and professional.
