Old Harbor Native Corporation is actively recruiting for an Executive Vice President in its Anchorage,Alaska office.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a key member of the leadership team, theExecutiveVicePresident will report to the CEO ofOld Harbor Native Corporation and assume a strategic role in the overall planning of the company. The Executive Vice President will be responsible for the day‐to‐day operations of Old Harbor NativeCorporation and its shareholder programs. The position offers significant leadership and growth potential within the organization under the mentorship of the CEO.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree in business, engineering or similar. MBA preferred.
  • Ten (10) years progressively increasing industry experience and operational knowledge in corporate leadership and /or management.
  • Experience and/or strong understanding of Alaska Native Corporations, native culture and ANCSA.
  • Relevant equivalent of experience and education may be substituted.
  • The Candidate must reside in AK.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Familiarity with government contracting, including the SBA's 8(a) program
  • Understanding of Village Corporations, Tribal issues and the importance of shareholder programs
  • Strong business orientation focused on strategic growth with an understanding of operations, mergers and acquisitions
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, organization growth and employee development initiatives
  • Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to set and adjust multiple priorities

Salary

Base Compensation DOE, with additional bonus potential
