Role: Reading Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' reading levels and learning needs.
- Develop and implement targeted reading interventions for students.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support literacy initiatives.
- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction as needed.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Requirements:
- Valid Reading Specialist certification.
- Proven experience in improving students' reading proficiency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Knowledge of current best practices in literacy instruction.
