Job Summary:

The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating order processing, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This position serves as a liaison between sales, logistics, and customer service to maintain operational efficiency and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

  • Process sales orders, quotations, and purchase requests
  • Track shipments and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams

Sales Support:

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and integrity
  • Assist in preparing presentations and product documentation

Customer Coordination:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending orders
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO)
  • Maintain records of contracts, pricing agreements, and product certifications

Team Collaboration:

  • Support marketing campaigns and trade show logistics
  • Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment tracking
  • Assist in onboarding new sales team members.


Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years in sales administration, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, attention to detail, multitasking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and medical terminology
