Job Description
Social Worker needed to support hospital system in Dartmouth, MA. Housing, travel, benefits offered to the qualified candidate. Must have experience with inpatient services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy to support patients’ mental health and recovery goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Connect patients with community resources and support systems during care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC license (required).
- Experience in behavioral health, individual and/or group therapy preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards.'
