What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help set up, run, and break down promotional events, trade shows, and pop-ups

• Represent brands with enthusiasm and professionalism at public-facing events

• Engage with event attendees, deliver brand messaging, and answer basic questions

• Track attendance, gather customer insights, and support post-event reporting

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute event strategies and outreach

• Assist with promotional materials, inventory, and event scheduling

• Support the team with admin tasks and maintain detailed campaign documentation

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or marketing coursework a plus!)

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident when engaging with new people

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time-management skills

• Able to multitask and adapt in high-energy environments

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Experience in retail, customer service, or events is a bonus, but not required
