Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating plastic injection molding presses, finishing and trimming parts, ensuring products meet specifications and quality standards, and assembling the final product. Your role will include running the machine, removing finished parts, performing basic cosmetic inspections, clipping and deburring edges, labeling, packaging, or assembling parts using electric screwdrivers.
Responsibilities
- Operate plastic injection molding presses and ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
- Finish and trim parts to meet quality standards.
- Verify parts meet specifications and quality requirements.
- Assemble final products using electric screwdrivers.
- Perform basic cosmetic inspections and clip or deburr edges as needed.
- Label, package, and box parts for distribution.
Essential Skills
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Attention to detail and willingness to work in multiple areas.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform light duty work, with occasional lifting of 40-50lb boxes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience and using basic hand tools is a plus.
- Flexibility and willingness to be trained at multiple stations.
- Entry-level position; no previous experience required.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic and expanding facility with 33 machines ranging from 28 tons to 1400 tons. The shop can be loud and has a strong smell of processed plastic, which may be uncomfortable for some. While temperatures can rise due to the machinery, the work environment is supportive, with a focus on safety and promoting a long-term career. Average employee tenure ranges from 5-10 years, reflecting a stable and welcoming work culture.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur D Alene, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
