Data & Compliance Monitoring Specialist for Gov't Collaborative
Are you detail oriented and highly organized? Do you have well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities? Do you work well with prioritizing and managing multiple projects, coordinating information, activities, and work under stress of deadlines and frequent interruptions?
This position collaborates with local publicly funded agencies within Stark County's Homeless Navigation System (HMIS) continuum of care by monitoring program statistics and data and assisting with data entry, migration, quality analysis & error reconciliation. The successful candidate will also assist with the day-to-day operations of the HMIS and facilitate communication between end-users and advanced level support, assist staff, shelters, housing, and service providers with data entry needs and software system maintenance. Assist with all reporting requirements and maintain operating and procedure manuals & workflows.

PURPOSE
- The Data & Compliance Monitoring Specialist Ensures HMIS and Coordinated Entry participating organizations adhere to legal, regulatory, policy and data compliance requirements through regular and special data monitoring and reporting activities.
REQUIRMENTS
- Associate degree and/or related experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 years' experience with software systems, preferably with HMIS databases
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite required
The final applicant selected for this position, prior to appointment, will be required to submit to a drug test for illegal drug use. The test site shall be chosen and paid for by the Board. An applicant with a positive test result will not be offered employment. The applicant will also be subject to any other requirements of Ohio law.
