We are actively hiring a Claims Manager to join our team!
This role oversees a team of casualty claims professionals, ensuring timely, fair, and compliant file handling while driving operational efficiency, managing loss costs, and supporting profitability. The manager trains, mentors, and evaluates staff; monitors file quality and reserving accuracy; provides technical guidance; and partners with cross-functional teams to share insights, support business objectives, and contribute to process improvements. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits, developing coaching and training plans, hiring and managing team performance, and addressing complex claim issues as needed. The position requires several years of claims experience, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with key software tools, with professional designations and complex claims experience considered advantageous.
Location: Hybrid in Urbandale, IA or Lincoln, NE
Salary: $130,000+
