About the Role:
Join MaxStrength Fitness Monument as a Studio Operations Support Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional environment for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for strength training with outstanding customer service in a dynamic studio setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily studio operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during their visits.
- Manage client check-ins and scheduling for personal training sessions.
- Assist in maintaining studio cleanliness and organization.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with trainers to enhance client experience and retention.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote studio events and services.
- Track and report on client feedback to improve service quality.
- Provide one on one training to clients (up to 50% of job function)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fitness or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and MS Office 365 Suite of products.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
