Responsibilities:
• Manage business-to-business and consumer collections efficiently, ensuring timely payments and resolving outstanding accounts.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, providing excellent customer service.
• Implement effective collection strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of collections activities and account statuses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth processes.
• Analyze accounts to identify patterns and recommend improvements in collection procedures.
• Communicate effectively with service industry clients to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the collections process.
• Utilize knowledge of the construction industry to manage related accounts effectively.
• Provide regular updates and reports on collections progress to management.• Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections.
• Strong understanding of credit and collection processes.
• Proficiency in managing billing and collections activities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle client concerns professionally.
• Familiarity with the service industry and its unique client needs.
• Experience working with construction industry accounts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
