As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and offering appropriate solutions.
- Document all interactions with customers in the company CRM system accurately.
- Assist in outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and feedback.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
