\n\nQualifications / Job Requirements\n

- BSN required\n
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required\n
- Minimum 2–3 years of Level 3 NICU experience (neonatal ICU / neonatal nurse experience)\n
- Positive attitude, initiative, flexibility, and strong work ethic\n
- Ability to accept feedback and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team\n
\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n

- Deliver comprehensive Level 3 neonatal care, including management of CPAP, ventilators, and UVC lines\n
- Provide developmental care for neonates, including extremely preterm infants (from ~22 weeks gestation)\n
- Support labor & delivery at births as needed (assisting with neonatal stabilization)\n
- Collaborate closely with nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, nutritionists, speech therapists, and social workers\n
- Care primarily for NICU patients; may assist in Pediatrics or Maternity units as needed (no surgical patients)\n
