\n\nQualifications / Job Requirements\n

    \n
  • BSN required\n
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required\n
  • Minimum 2–3 years of Level 3 NICU experience (neonatal ICU / neonatal nurse experience)\n
  • Positive attitude, initiative, flexibility, and strong work ethic\n
  • Ability to accept feedback and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team\n

\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n

    \n
  • Deliver comprehensive Level 3 neonatal care, including management of CPAP, ventilators, and UVC lines\n
  • Provide developmental care for neonates, including extremely preterm infants (from ~22 weeks gestation)\n
  • Support labor & delivery at births as needed (assisting with neonatal stabilization)\n
  • Collaborate closely with nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, nutritionists, speech therapists, and social workers\n
  • Care primarily for NICU patients; may assist in Pediatrics or Maternity units as needed (no surgical patients)\n
