We are seeking motivated Class A drivers, particularly those who have recently finished their truck driving training, to join our team focused on efficient freight management. The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Starting Pay: Competitive rates ranging from $0.55 to $0.65 CPM, with estimated weekly earnings between $1,375 and $1,700 based on driving approximately 2,500 to 2,800 miles each week.
- Load Management: Primarily handling 50% drop-and-hook loads.
- Stop Pay: Earn $15 for each stop, with most routes requiring only 1-2 stops.
- Home Time: Scheduled every two weeks for two days, with efforts made to align home time with weekends (not guaranteed).
- Trainee Pay: $650 per week during the training period, which includes 250-300 hours of driving before transitioning to solo driving at a starting pay of $0.55 CPM.
- Training Requirements: Trainee drivers should be prepared to operate OTR during training due to a limited number of trainers available.
- Pet and Rider Policy: Drivers may bring a dog or a rider from day one (not permitted during training).

Requirements: Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Class A CDL. No DOT preventable accidents causing damages over $1,750 in the last 2 years, and no major accidents with costs exceeding $2,500 in damages or claims. Any DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years will disqualify applicants. Candidates should have no more than 2 preventable incidents in the past 2 years (with damages under $1,750) and must not have been terminated from their previous job due to safety concerns. Additionally, candidates must have no DUI in a commercial vehicle in the last 5 years and must not have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test.
