The Talent Acquisition Specialist executes full-cycle recruiting across technical, operations, and
corporate roles while delivering a polished, high-quality candidate experience.
We're looking for someone who
● Has 3–5 years of recruiting experience
● Has experience supporting technical, operations, and/or corporate hiring
● Can manage multiple requisitions at the same time while staying organized and responsive
● Communicates professionally and confidently in candidate-facing situations
● Pays strong attention to detail and maintains accurate documentation
● Is experienced using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Paycom, or
similar platforms
● Is comfortable partnering with HR and senior recruiting leadership on complex or critical
searches
What you'll do
● Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from intake through offer
● Participate in intake meetings to clarify role requirements and candidate success profiles
● Source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach
● Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
● Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ongoing communication
● Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process
● Conduct and document reference checks
● Support offer preparation and candidate closing efforts
● Maintain accurate records and documentation within the ATS
● Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, including greeting and hosting onsite
interviews
● Prepare interview schedules, rooms, and logistics to ensure a smooth onsite experience
● Draft and post job openings across relevant platforms
● Support employer branding and recruiting-related social media initiatives
● Communicate company culture, values, and employee-owner mindset to candidates
● Track recruiting metrics including pipeline progress and sourcing effectiveness
● Ensure recruiting processes align with internal standards and best practices
