We’re actively looking for licensed loan officers in North Carolina and Georgia who are currently producing in the $500K–$1.5M per year range and are ready to step into a more structured, scalable environment.
This is not for everyone. It’s for people who want to build a real business.

Inside Sales Agent (ISA) Support
We are building scalable lead generation support through ISA-driven efforts designed to help stabilize and supplement your pipeline over time.
Growth Co-Marketing Support
We provide financial support for RESPA-compliant co-marketing agreements, desk rentals, and growth initiatives with qualified partners.
Stable Income + Upside
We offer a $40,000 base salary plus tiered bps compensation, along with health insurance reimbursement, designed to create stability while rewarding production and growth.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and converting your pipeline with discipline
- Structuring deals and guiding clients through the loan process
- Communicating clearly with clients, agents, and the team
- Building and maintaining referral relationships
- Operating within a system, not freelancing your business
Requirements:
- Active NMLS license in North Carolina and/or Georgia
- Currently producing or recently active in mortgage origination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate in a structured, accountability-driven environment
