Type: Full Time (M-F 8AM - 5PM)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets and directs clients and visitors
- Answers, screens, and transfers inbound phone calls
- Performs general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing
- Receives and picks up incoming mail and shipments, sorts, and distributes to the appropriate individuals. Collects and coordinates outgoing mail and shipments.
- Coordinates and monitors mail equipment for agencies and works with postage vendor/sales representative
- Orders office supplies
- Fulfills other duties as assigned

Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Possess the ability to perform work in a dependable, consistent, and timely manner.
- Demonstrates the ability to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Office/administrative experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. (Details are important.)
- Must be independent and self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
