Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Behavior Specialist/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed for a contract position supporting 4th-6th grade students in Hollis, NH. This school-based role offers an opportunity to work with a special education population from Monday through Friday with a flexible approach to classroom arrangements. The contract starts as soon as possible and continues through June 17, 2026.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be an ABA professional or RBT candidate with current certifications and licensure
- Prior school-based experience in behavior support is essential
- Comfortable and experienced working with special education (SPED) students
- Able to provide at least one completed professional reference
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must undergo district fingerprinting and successfully complete district/agency onboarding processes
- Willing and able to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the hiring process
- Flexibility for classroom rearrangements as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior support services to a caseload of 4th through 6th graders
- Collaborate with school staff to implement effective behavior interventions
- Monitor student progress and communicate outcomes with the education team
- Adapt support strategies to the dynamic needs of the classroom environment
