The Institute of Beauty and Wellness seeks a Cosmetology Instructor to train, educate, and develop the next generation of professionals at the Aveda Institute - Chicago. Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Communicate and implement core curriculum, training, and evaluations</li>
<li>Help students with state board preparations</li>
<li>Observe and mentor clinic floor</li>
<li>Assist in coaching student development</li>
<li>Implement company systems and policies</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of Aveda products and services</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>State of Illinois Cosmetology Educator license</li>
<li>Two years of experience in the industry</li>
<li>Prior teaching, training, or leadership experience required </li>
<li>Love for the beauty and wellness industry</li>
<li>Aveda experience is a plus </li>
</ul>
 
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday
*1 night shift required
