Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or fabrication is a plus.
• Proven experience as a press brake operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
