Job Overview
Legacy Career Solutions is recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Invoice Assistant to support a busy Real Estate department for a well-established organization in Ontario, CA.
This is a fully onsite position where punctuality, accuracy, and professionalism are critical. The ideal candidate is strong in Microsoft Excel, comfortable with invoice processing, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Process and track invoices to ensure timely payments
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Answer and route phone calls professionally
- Communicate with vendors and internal staff, including Spanish-speaking contacts
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Spanish-English bilingual communication strongly preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced onsite environment
