Job Description
This is a Change Adoption team role focused on organizational change management communications. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and content producer — not a technical writer — who can create polished, publishable content with minimal guidance and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will create and manage a high volume of SharePoint pages (several per week), ranging from simple copy-only pages to more complex layouts requiring wireframes, multiple columns, and embedded images. Beyond SharePoint, they'll produce user guides, presentations, video scripts, and a wide variety of change adoption and communication content. Much of the work is IT-related, communicating technical change to both the entire company and smaller groups.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong writing and editing ability — candidate must be able to write and edit independently, without relying on AI
- SharePoint proficiency, including building and designing web pages from scratch; SharePoint Design experience is a big plus
- Organizational change management experience (e.g., ADKAR, CTME frameworks); understanding current state and mapping to future state is helpful
- Operational coordination and logistics skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability to learn a business quickly, produce content with little guidance, and think independently
