Schedule: Variable Shifts – Days, Evenings, Nights
Hours: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $20 – $24 per hour ($750 – $900 weekly)

Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team. In this role, you will provide direct, hands-on care to residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being in a nursing home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Follow infection control standards and facility protocols
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New York
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care or nursing home setting is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach to care
