Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Bonnetsville, NC

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Bonnetsville, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping K12 students develop their communication skills and achieve success in both academic and social settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine student needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students goals

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and IEP compliance

• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions

• Educate families and staff on strategies to encourage communication growth

• Monitor and adjust therapy approaches based on student progress

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Current North Carolina SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs welcome to apply

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
